Cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged in full.
Payment
Invoices are sent at the end of each month and are due within 14 days.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with anything in our work, please tell me first. If we cannot resolve it together, you have the right to raise a complaint with the NIP.
