Therapy for expats & internationals
A space for what feels heavy, confusing or stuck.
Living abroad changes things in ways that are hard to describe to friends back home. Whatever is feeling heavy, confusing, or stuck — there is a way through it, and you do not have to figure it out alone.
I work with adults and students who want a thinking space that is honest, considered, and grounded in the body as much as the mind. Sessions take place in Maastricht or online, in English.

How do I start? +
Book a free 20-minute introductory call. We will talk briefly about what is bringing you here, you can ask anything you want, and from there we will decide together whether to continue.
How long are sessions and how often do we meet? +
Sessions are 50 minutes. Most people start weekly. Once we have momentum, fortnightly is often a good rhythm.
What are the fees? +
Current rates are listed on the booking page. A reduced sliding-scale rate is available for students and on a case-by-case basis — please ask.
Is therapy covered by my insurance? +
Coverage varies by insurer and policy. I am happy to provide an invoice you can submit to your insurer. Please check with them in advance about reimbursement for psychological services.
